Analpa Refines Development Strategy

At the headquarters of Analpa, near Manchester, on November 12, a landmark event took place, unprecedented in scale - developers and designers of absolutely all brands of the company gathered in the office at the same time. The meeting was chaired by the chief fashion designer of the company, Basilio Quadrini. The key topic was the discussion of the company's long-term development strategy.

After summing up the results of the last three years, during which the brands of the company KEDDO and BETSY were in the top ten world leaders in the “Fashionable casual shoes” segment, opportunities for further development and growth were analyzed.

For a general discussion were presented the proposals of all the design studios of the company. The heated discussions led to several crucial decisions.

The decision-making structure is being transformed from centralized to independent. If earlier the development of designers from studios in different countries flocked to a design studio in the UK, then now the development of each brand will be the responsibility of the studio in a particular country, even if designers from different countries are involved in the work.

For example, the main studio for the development of the KEDDO brand will be located in Holland, although English fashion designers will continue to participate in the development of the collection. An agreement was reached on the development of a completely new direction of collections with the studio of the Netherlands shoe design master Charles Bergmans.

The British studio Jason Harris will continue to develop the Crosby brand, while the model workshop will move from Korean Busan to Chinese Xiamen (Fujian Province).

The BETSY and J & Elisabeth brands will be developed in the “shoe heart” of Italy, in the Marche region. The festive collections, including bridal, Christmas and New Years and graduations, will be designed by fashion designer Arancia Yaben, known in her native Spain for her avant-garde approach to design.

Due to the increase in cost of the finished product cost in China, the company's production facilities are redistributed as follows:

KEDDO - Italy, Slovakia, China, Portugal.

Crosby - Great Britain, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Guatemala.

BETSY - Italy, Spain, Romania, China, Brazil, Vietnam, Bangladesh.

J & Elisabeth - Spain, Brazil, Mexico, China, Indonesia, Pakistan.
