From 13 to 16 January 2014 in Moscow, in the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" (Pav. No. 3, Hall No. 14), the 58th International specialized exhibition of shoes, bags and accessories MOSSHOES was held - one of the first events in the international shoe calendar exhibitions.

According to participants, the main success of the exhibition was the qualitative and quantitative composition of visitors. The exhibition was visited by 5200 specialists from 280 cities of Russia, CIS countries and neighboring countries.

For dealers, the January MOSSHOES became an opportunity to preview the new autumn / winter 2014-15 shoe collections, plan ahead for them and at the same time place orders for the upcoming spring-summer season of 2014. Exhibitors were able to check the relevance of the new autumn-winter 2014-2015 collections, fine-tune their production plans, as well as receive additional orders and quickly produce collections for the spring / summer of the 2014 year (about 35% of the target audience of visitors were interested in replenishing orders for shoe collections the upcoming season!).

New collections of footwear (fall / winter 2014-15) were presented by the companies "Avenir", "Arman", "Anta", "Flamingo Kids", "Russian Brother", Editex, Skratti, Jog Dog, Castor Anatomic (Greece), Qualishoe ( Portugal), etc.

As part of the business program of the exhibition, seminars of the Academy of Retail Technologies were held with great success: "Management of the product range of a retail shoe store", "Organization and holding of actions that stimulate customer demand. Sales methodology ”. According to the feedback from the participants, very useful recommendations were obtained during the events that will find practical application in business development. MOSSHOES continues to develop the idea of ​​introducing a fashion-zoning system, which has long been appreciated by market professionals who regularly visit major industry exhibitions abroad. It is planned that at the upcoming MOSSHOES session, the segment of children's shoes and premium class accessories will be allocated to separate closed zones, and manufacturers of bags will be united in another zone.
