Shoe retailer Thomas Münz introduces an ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. As a result of the project, by the fall of this year, the company's management plans to complete the optimization of business processes, including the management of goods flows.
At the first stage of the project, which began in August last year, the company, together with the integrator Corus Consulting, automated the full range of goods distribution - assortment management, sales, purchases, pricing. In the future, it was planned to fully automate the cash block at Microsoft Dynamics AX for POS, as well as the financial circuit, including budgeting, treasury and IFRS translation. However, the changing economic situation made adjustments to the project, as a result of which Thomas Münz management decided to continue implementation systems by our own specialists.
Recall that Thomas Münz is a German brand of the company Münz-Schuhfabrik GmbH, which has been producing shoes in Europe for more than 20 years. Thomas Münz is represented in Russia by a network of 53 retail stores, 9 franchisees, and also sells through the online store. Thomas Münz's range of stores includes women's, men's and children's shoe collections, as well as bags and accessories.
