The anchors were: the Perekrestok supermarket, the Eldorado store, the Korablik children's chain, the H&M two-storey store, the Marks & Spencer department store and the Adidas brand center.

The total area of ​​the shopping and entertainment center is 70 thousand square meters. meters. The volume of investments in the A. Raikin Culture, Art and Leisure Center amounted to about 8 billion rubles.
