Tula "Gostiny Dvor" will become the largest shopping center of the city

Colliers International, the exclusive marketing and leasing consultant for the Gostiny Dvor shopping and entertainment center in Tula, announced the signing of lease agreements with the operators of the shopping gallery. Large international and federal brands will open their flagship stores in the Gostiny Dvor shopping center in Tula.

At the moment, 80% of the retail space is leased. In the III quarter of 2011, agreements were signed with such well-known brands as Adidas, Reebok, Nike, Colin's, Zolla, and Snow Queen. Previously, the following brands L'Etoile, Benetton, MANGO, Motivi, Terranova, Incanto, Econica, Paolo Conte, Carlo Pazolini, Respect, Calzedonia, House, Finn Flare, Ostin, Sinequanone, etc. have confirmed their participation in the project.

Colliers International also won the tender and signed an agreement on the integrated commercial management of the Gostiny Dvor shopping center. The company’s services will include arranging tenants to finish, marketing and advertising promotion of the mall, comprehensive opening events, as well as supporting lease agreements and tenant rotation.
 
SEC "Gostiny Dvor", located in the central district of Tula, 100 meters from the Kremlin, with a total area of ​​51 square meters. m (GLA - 000 sq. m.) will become the largest retail facility in the city.

In total, more than 120 stores will be presented in the shopping center; the opening is scheduled for March 2012 of the year.
