“Each room in this trade corridor is unique and the rate formation here depends on many factors. Therefore, it would be wrong to calculate the average rate. Rather, it can be a "fork" of $ 2,5-8,5 thousand per sq. M. per year ”, - V. Kamluk noted.
The expert emphasized that the owners of premises (mainly private individuals) are often guided by maximum performance, taking advantage of the fact that premises on Tverskaya are always in high demand among potential tenants. This approach is causing potential tenants' budget struggles.
