In the capital of the Chechen Republic, in the city of Grozny, the republic's first conceptual shopping and entertainment center "Grand Park" was opened, 70% of whose tenants entered the republic's market for the first time. The total area of ​​the shopping center is 43 thousand square meters. The total investment in the project amounted to 2,5 billion rubles.

SEC "Grand Park" is located in the central part of the city, in the administrative, business and residential area of ​​the city, at the junction of passenger traffic. In the immediate vicinity of the object there are numerous public transport stops, the Grozny City complex, the residence of the President of the Chechen Republic, the Chechen State University, etc.

"Grand Park" is located on the site of a former supermarket, on a plot of 17 thousand sq. M. The old building has undergone a major restoration with the replacement of all engineering systems and equipment. In addition, the original area of ​​the object was significantly increased - from 16 thousand square meters. up to 42,5 thousand sq. m. The concept of the facility was developed with the participation of consultants from Cushman & Wakefield.

Designed in accordance with the concept of the Grand Park shopping and entertainment center, it is a four-storey building with a total area of ​​42 650 sq. M. with underground and surface parking with a capacity of 250 cars.

The ground floor houses a grocery retailer, the city's first Adidas store, L'Etoile, Benetton, Mexx, a shopping gallery and a café area. The areas of the second floor were occupied by anchor tenants Eldorado, Sportmaster, O'STIN, INCITY - also for the first time on the market of the Chechen Republic, a numerous shopping gallery and service companies. The third floor is traditionally given over to entertainment, an extensive food court area, a 4-hall multiplex "Monitor" and a children's entertainment center with an area of ​​300 sq.m. The squares of the fourth floor are occupied by numerous restaurants, cafes and outdoor terraces.

SEC "Grand Park" is a fundamentally new type of leisure for residents of not only Grozny, but the entire Chechen Republic. “Today the Chechen market is mainly represented by non-conceptual shopping centers that cannot satisfy all the needs of the population. The townspeople have to go shopping in Makhachkala, Vladikavkaz, Stavropol and other cities. With the advent of the Grand Park shopping and entertainment center, the needs of residents of the Chechen Republic for active recreation, comfortable service and shopping will be fully satisfied. The favorable location and versatility of the Grand City will allow the shopping and entertainment center to become a favorite place in the city and one of its main attractions, ”said the Manager of the complex Ayub Taramov.

The project was implemented under the management of OJSC UK Investments. Finance. Capital ”, which is part of the holding structure of OJSC MInB and is engaged in the implementation of investment projects in construction. The project was financed at the expense of the Moscow Industrial Bank. The mall will be managed by specialists of BlackStone Keeping Company, whose portfolio includes commercial real estate in Moscow and various cities of Russia with a total area of ​​more than 1 million square meters.
