Holding “Romir” conducted a study, during which it became clear that the Russians are not saving too much on clothes.
The number of those who have to buy clothes less often and spend less on entertainment due to rising prices has decreased. Two years ago, the number of Russians willing to give up an expensive purchase was higher - 27% of those surveyed, today only 19% are ready to deny themselves this pleasure. In 2014, this answer was given by 17% of respondents, in 2012 - 23%. At the same time, residents of small towns with a population of 100-500 thousand people often have to save on clothes and entertainment.
Moreover, more often than the average for the sample, respondents aged 25-34 have to refuse large purchases in order to save money - in this age group, such an answer was received in every fourth case (26%). Representatives of the same age group also spoke more often about that they have to give up shopping for clothes and spending on entertainment.
