50 brands have already “registered” in Kiev Ocean Plaza

In the first two months of 2012, the pool of tenants of the new Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center in Kiev was replenished with fifty brands, according to the Ukrainian Trade Guild company, which is the exclusive broker for the project.

As previously reported, in December 2011 UTG signed 60 lease agreements for a total area of ​​about 21 thousand square meters. m. In total, at the beginning of 2012, the number of recruited tenants exceeded 50%.

The tenants of the complex included new brands for Ukraine LC Waikiki, Pepe Jeans, Baldessarini, Marina Rinaldi, Max Mara Weekend, Napapijri, Atelier, Camper, Rebeca Sanver, Meucci, as well as Marks & Spenser, Topshop, New Look, Levi's, already operating on the market, Baldinini, Calvin Klein Jeans, Karen Millen, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, GANT, Mango, etc.
Svetlana Obminyana, project manager at UTG, notes that many brands will be presented in new concepts developed specifically for Ocean Plaza in order to provide visitors with unique offers.

The total area of ​​the first stage of the Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center, the construction of which is still underway, will be 164 thousand square meters, the lease area - 71 thousand square meters. The completion of the construction of the first stage of the shopping complex is scheduled for autumn 2012, the website malls.ru writes.
