A new facility will be built next to the territory of the Moscow City business complex - a four-story underground shopping complex with parking. A distinctive feature of the project will be its unusual layout: it will be possible to drive through the parking lot from one end of the embankment to the other. For the construction of the object has already received permission from the Moscow Architecture Committee.
On the ground floor of the “through” complex, a shopping center will be organized. The other three levels will be given under the parking zone for cars. As for the land areas adjacent to the shopping center, they will be improved by installing a fence made of heat-resistant glass around the perimeter. On the site above the complex will appear a square with benches and a cafe. The construction of the IFC will be completed, presumably, in the 2016 year.
