Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive lease agreement for a shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen.
The new shopping and entertainment center will be located at the intersection of Shirotnaya and Melnikaite streets, in a new and actively developing residential area in the southern part of the city. The total area of the future center is 100 sq. m, of which 000 are leased. The parking lot is designed for 75 cars. The mall will feature a grocery hypermarket, DIY, sporting goods and electronics, an area with a multiplex cinema, restaurants and a food court, and a fashion gallery. It is the largest declared shopping and entertainment center in the city. The opening of the center is scheduled for the 000th quarter of 3.
The developer of the project is the MDS Group company. The chief architect is the international architectural firm Chapman Taylor. Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Real Estate Department leases retail space.
