Cushman & Wakefield signed an exclusive lease for a shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen.

The new shopping and entertainment center will be located at the intersection of Shirotnaya and Melnikayte streets, in a new and rapidly developing residential area in the southern part of the city. The total area of ​​the future center is 100 square meters. m, of which 000 are rented out. Parking for 75 cars. The shopping center will feature a grocery hypermarket, DIY, sporting goods and electronics, an area with a multiplex cinema, restaurants and a food court, a fashion gallery. The developer of the project is MDS Group. The chief architect is Chapman Taylor International Architectural Bureau. Cushman & Wakefield's Commercial Real Estate Department leases retail space.
