CRE Moscow Awards 2014 took place in Moscow

The long-awaited event - the annual Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2014 - took place for the eleventh time in Moscow. As part of the event, the winners of the nominations were announced: "Best Shopping Center", "Consultant of the Year", "Multifunctional Complex" and others.

The jury of the award traditionally included about 300 investors, developers, architects, and appraisers of the commercial real estate market.

Thus, the Ufa Planeta became the best super-large shopping center, and the Rio shopping and entertainment center on Leninsky Prospekt became the middle one. Among the small shopping centers, the jury singled out the shopping and entertainment center "Gagarin".

According to the results of the CRE award, the Outlet Village Belaya Dacha received the Best Outlet nomination. Winner in the category "Multifunctional complex" - "Country Park III". The sale of the Metropolis shopping and entertainment center in Moscow was the deal of the year in the purchase and sale category. Knight Frank (H&M in Eastern Siberia) won the Deal of the Year - Lease-Retail Property nomination. JLL was selected as the Consultant of the Year for the CRE Moscow Awards 2014.
