In the next six months, shoe prices may increase by 8,4%

The World Footwear Business Conditions Survey expects shoe prices to increase over the next six months, according to Worldfootwear.com Europe is expected to rise the most (9,8%). In North America, inflation will be about 5,7%.

Half of the industry experts surveyed believe that price increases could reach 20%, Approximately 35% of respondents say a moderate increase of 1,5-5%. Only 2% agree that prices will rise slightly. Raising prices for raw materials will be the main driver of price increase.
