Grozny Mall will be built in the center of Grozny
The Grozny Mall shopping and entertainment center (total area - 132 000 sq. M, rental - 59 000 sq. M) will open its doors to visitors in the 2019 year. In January 2017, a building permit was obtained and work is currently underway on a “zero” cycle.
The developer of the project is SMART BUILDING company, the exclusive consultant on marketing and leasing is the international consulting company Colliers International. The architectural concept was developed by the international company Chapman Taylor.
The Grozny Mall shopping and entertainment center, located in the very center of Grozny, will offer residents of the region more than 150 stores, including three two-level department stores for clothes, household appliances and electronics stores, household goods, department stores for children’s and sports goods, and a grocery hypermarket with an area of 7000 sq. The mall will include a food court designed for 9 concepts, 10 cafes and restaurants, a large-scale entertainment area with a multiplex cinema, a bowling alley and a large entertainment center for children, as well as an underground parking for 1000 parking lots. According to forecasts, the coverage area of the Grozny Mall Mall on weekends may exceed 5 million people. The mall will be connected by a pedestrian-gallery-gallery to the multi-functional complex “Akhmat Tower” with a height of 435 meters, which will house residences, 5 * hotel, class “A” offices, banquet halls, congress halls, lobby, fitness center, spa complex, restaurants various cuisines of the world, the highest observation deck in Europe at an altitude of 391 meter, as well as the museum and exhibition complex named after Akhmat-haji Kadyrov.
“At the moment, active negotiations are underway with the largest international and federal brands. Retailers show great interest in the project, appreciating the advantages of developing the North Caucasus market in a market that is unsaturated with retail space, ”commented Irina Tsarkova, deputy director of the Colliers International retail property department.
