Spring Discoveries of Econika

The first shoe stores opened in Cheboksary and Vologda

The women's shoe chain "Econika" presented six new retail outlets in the spring of 2012, planning to open three more stores by the end of May. The chain's spring openings included five direct retail outlets and one franchise store.

In March, salons began operating in Barnaul (Europe shopping center) and Krasnodar (SBS Megamall shopping center). In April, the first showroom was opened in Cheboksary (MCC "Madagascar") and a new showroom in St. Petersburg (street retail on Moskovsky Prospekt). In May, the first salon in Vologda (TC "Forum") and a new partner store in Kazakhstan were added to the number of Econika points. It opened in the city of Almaty in the Aport shopping center.

As a result, as of May 14, 2012, the Econika network includes 145 brand salons in 50 regions. Of these, 112 are directly managed and located in 23 regions, and 33 salons belong to franchising partners and operate in 27 cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. By the end of May, the company plans to open three more facilities - in Serpukhov, St. Petersburg and Anapa, shopandmall.ru reports.

The Econika chain of shoe cassettes, which is part of the Novard Group of Companies, has existed on the market since 1992. Starting from the spring-summer season of 2011, the network has presented exclusively women's range of footwear and accessories of branded brands. Collections are sewn at factories in Italy, Brazil, China, Spain, Germany and India under the supervision of Russian and foreign managers and technologists of the network.
