Wortmann East holds a scholarship competition for eleventh graders
From 23 to 31 on December 2016, children from low-income and large families, orphans and schoolchildren with disabilities can apply for participation in the Wortmann Scholarship social project for students of 11 classes.
The project involves the reimbursement of funds for the training of the winner of the competition in any educational organization of the highest (4 year of undergraduate) or middle professional level in Russia, as well as rewarding two more finalists with incentive prizes worth 50 and 30 thousand rubles.
The Wortmann Scholarship is a charity non-profit project that implements the idea of social responsibility of business: supporting talented youth at the expense of funds that are usually sent to marketing campaigns and New Year's gifts to partners.
To participate in the competition, you need to write an essay on the theme “I and my environment in 10 years” and send it to the organizers in a format available for download on the project’s website together with the participant’s application and the consent of legal representatives. The selection of the best works, telephone interviews with candidates and an informational seminar with participants are carried out by WORTMANN VOSTOK with the assistance of the Russian branch of the international training company BEITRAINING.
Last year, 78 schoolchildren participated in the scholarship competition, eight of whom reached the final, and four winners received support from WORTMANN Vostok. Last year, the project budget amounted to 1,4 million rubles.
