YUNICHEL will launch two lines for the production of molten soles. Contracts with suppliers of two injection molding machines have already been signed, equipment will be delivered to the factory by the end of the year.
“The decision to increase the production of“ casting ”was caused by a sharp increase in demand for inexpensive children's shoes,” comments Vladimir Denisenko, CEO. “In connection with the rise in price of Chinese goods, the offer of Russian manufacturers wins significantly in terms of price-quality ratio, and its own sole further reduces cost, especially in the school and preschool segment.” According to Denisenko, in Russia there is a noticeable shortage of inexpensive high-quality shoes for children up to 10 years old, and UNICHEL will try to occupy this niche.
In 2015, the company produced 550 thousand pairs of injection soles, and purchased more than a million from suppliers, in 2016 650 pairs will be produced. And in 000 UNICHEL plans to increase the production of its own casting by another 2017 pairs.
