In 2012, the retailer opened 65 stores. The area of one retail outlet varies within 300-600 sq.m. As of November 2012, the network united 140 facilities. Plans for 2013 include launching another 60-80 stores.
“The number of openings depends on how many good sites we find,” said Alexander Sarychev. “Basically, we are now located in shopping centers, and we will keep this trend, but if we come across a“ golden ”platform in street retail, we will take it."
According to the top manager, Zenden also went to other countries in 2012 - the first store of the chain opened less than a month ago in Alma-Ata and two months ago in Nazran. Now the retailer is considering the possibility of entering Kiev, reports retailer.ru.
