4 interior shoe retail in Russia

Vintage, conceptual, “very feminine” and giving a feeling of well-being, shoe retail interiors attract attention on their own and hit exactly the target, as they are designed specifically for a specific audience of consumers.

On September 23, Adidas Original opened a flagship store in Moscow on Kuznetsky Most Street. The interior design of the Adidas Original store perfectly conveys the style of the Russian capital - here tradition is combined with modernity.

The store is located in the historical part of the city, in one of the old Moscow mansions. Elements of modern technological design, for example, video installations on the walls, successfully resonate with the red brick interior, high arched windows, and marble floors. However, some of the items in the store still refer to the era of the last century - chairs, tables, a carpet on the floor by the 70s, a mosaic panel depicting sportsmen-swimmers, located directly above the racks with sneakers - by the 50s. Vintage is in vogue today, and the main Adidas store in Moscow should certainly attract the city's first fashionistas.

"Very feminine" style of shoe retail "Econika"

The Econika network is known for annoying the Russian shoe market once a decade with loud statements about a change of style. The rebranding of Econika, which began in 2015, was designed to completely change the concept of the retail network. The shops called cascades, which were once named in the British manner, where brown was the main color of the interior, have now decided to change to light European living rooms in pastel colors.
According to representatives of the Econika network, the task of interior designers was to create a space that could be compared to a ladies' room, where friends meet - they chat nicely, look at magazines, try on new shoes ...

The designer’s find was a fake window, which is located on the trading floor behind the cash register, overlooking a picturesque city street. It may be a street in Prague, Stockholm, Paris - depends on the choice of photograph. In any case, the window and the view from it look quite realistic and create a pleasant feeling of overseas shopping.

Interior Clarks with anti-crisis therapeutic effect

SOHO Fashion Group of Companies in December 2015 opened the flagship store of the British brand of shoes and accessories Clarks in the Afimall shopping center. The retail interior is made in the latest brand format called С7 +, which presents only ten brand stores located in ten world capitals. As designed by the designers, the store’s interior should reflect the history of the Clarks brand, which was founded in England in 1825 by brothers Cyrus and James Clarks. The rich history of Clarks and such brand components as “English style, workmanship, quality and comfort” in the interior of the store is reminiscent of massive tables made of hewn boards, which serve as presentation stands for shoes and bags, leather upholstered comfortable soft canapes and armchairs, designer lamps made of wood and metal, elegant antique chandeliers.

The color scheme of the retail interior deserves special attention - pale green, yellow, gray, warm brown, white, metallic, golden, purple and other tones create an atmosphere of well-being and even some confidence in the future. Namely, this feeling is very lacking during the crisis. At the same time, such a variegation does not distract from the main thing, why the “prosperous” Clarks buyer came to the store from shoes and accessories, especially since the British brand itself boasts a sufficient variety of models in its collection.

According to representatives of the Fab Store, the creation of a special store space began with the desire to add some bright colors to everyday life, and they succeeded. Brick, wood, metal and leather are the main materials in organizing the multi-brand retail space. However, several Fab Store halls and some areas in them are designed to emphasize the identity of the shoe brands represented here. The history of a number of brands in the Fab Store collection originates from fans of extreme sports and street art. Clothing and shoes of these brands embody a certain lifestyle, and therefore the Fab Store is not just a store, but a kind of cultural space in which there is even a small coffee shop where you can order freshly brewed coffee with bagels.
