Euro Shoes Premiere Collection gathered 500 brands and about 6 of thousands of visitors
The largest Russian exhibition of shoes was held in Moscow with great success, leading manufacturers presented the collections of the spring-summer 2018 season.
The largest industry exhibition was held in Moscow; it took place in the pavilions 4 and 4.1 of the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center from 22 to 25 on August 2017. At their stands, exhibitors presented collections of shoes, bags and accessories of the spring-summer season 2018. The list of exhibitors includes more than 250 companies from Germany, Italy, Spain, Israel, Austria, Great Britain, Slovenia, Poland, Portugal, France, Finland, Turkey, these are about 500 brands. According to the exhibition organizers, the event was attended by about six thousand professional visitors. A new convenient exhibition service - electronic registration has greatly simplified and accelerated the process of registering visitors.
The main impression among the organizers and participants of the Euro Shoes exhibition was the positive attitude of manufacturers and buyers, and retailers. Despite the very difficult summer season, when many stores simply sold their summer assortment for a month, or even two, nevertheless, the attendance of the exhibition did not fall, but even grew a little, the organizing committee of the exhibition notes.
“Of course, the final results have yet to be summed up, but judging by the first impressions, the manufacturers - our exhibitors - are more or less satisfied with the level and number of orders written this August,” comments Anastasia Kornilyeva, director of the Euro Shoes Premiere Collection exhibition. - The mood of the customers has changed for the better - from doomed-depressed to positive, with a certain shade of optimism.
The return of old participants to the exhibition continues, notes Anastasia Kornilieva. Among the companies that returned to Euro Shoes and exhibited until 2014 are Italians Massimo Santini, Polish Bartek, Russian brands Nine Lines and Riconte. Many new companies. New members include Lerros, Tata, Zodiaco, Bluerose, Shooters, Tyler's, Lark & Finch, Blackcoolshoes, The Flexx, Stefano, Zandar, Woodland, Leo Ventoni, Milion Stone, Paloma, Spesita, Pegada, Solo Femme, Tessera, Molly Bessa, Nicoli ... Russian brands occupied a worthy place in the exhibition space of the pavilions, these are the stands of the companies Riconte, Valey, Obuv Rossii, Nine Lines, Trien.
A survey conducted among exhibitors again showed that most participants in the shoe market believe that exhibitions in the format of business meetings and presentations of new products are, of course, necessary, and it is necessary to participate in them. According to Anastasia Kornilyeva, in winter, in February 2017, the exhibition area was a larger footage compared to the same winter exhibition 2016 of the year. The same can be said about the summer exhibition: it is more than last year.
All the companies that made up and make up the main backbone of the Euro Shoes exhibition - Rieker, Tamaris, Caprice, Högl, Jana Shoes, S'Oliver, Marc, Josef Seibel, Semler, Ermak, Marco Tozzi, Pikolinos - presented at their stands the new collections of the season spring-summer 2018.
The collections for the spring and summer of next year are really very beautiful and vibrant. In the summer of 2018, there will be a lot of glamor: sequins, sequins, velor, velvet, suede, embroidery, satin ribbons instead of laces, bows, a lot of unusual natural materials - all this is present in the collections of most brands. Natural fur is actively used in summer models (the trend came from the high fashion catwalks).
The main exhibitors increased the exhibition area, actively conducted their own promotions, welcome events for buyers during the exhibition.
“The exhibition turned out to be very beautiful, it was noted by all visitors and exhibitors, the building was especially good. We managed to work out all the technical points, there were no failures. As a result, the exhibition space was bright and positive, and a very business atmosphere reigned in it. It's nice that more and more non-standard stands are appearing at the exhibition, the flagship of non-standard buildings is the German brand Jana (Wortmann Group), thanks to this, Euro Shoes is starting to acquire a truly European look, ”says Anastasia Kornilyeva.
The exhibition has a bright fashion and entertainment component. So, the German company Caprice again held fashion shows of a new collection of shoes, at the stand everyone, without exception, was treated to ice cream and champagne.
On 23 August Caprice hosted a day of fashion bloggers. All the days of the exhibition, with the support of Caprice, a gallery of young designers was opened, where students of the A.N. Russian State University presented their unusual works Kosygin. The best works were awarded with prizes from the company.
The stand of the German brand Tamaris was very noisy and crowded, not surprising: visitors were entertained by a professional DJ and everyone was treated to cocktails. One day, Tamaris booth was visited by actress and TV presenter Evelina Bledans, who familiarized herself with the brand’s collection, told buyers about her favorite Tamaris shoes and held a photo session with everyone who wanted to take a photo with the star.
Within the framework of the Euro Shoes 23 and 24 exhibition in August, a rich and very interesting business program was held; actual seminar problems of shoe retail were discussed at seminars and trainings. The next Euro Shoes Premiere Collection exhibition will be held on February 26 - March 1 2018 of the year at Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center.
