ALBA partnered with Sergey Sysoev at Moscow Fashion Week

The shoe brand ALBA provided shoes for the display of Russian designer Sergey Sysoev, which was held on October 16 in Gostiny Dvor as part of the Moscow Fashion Week fall season. Sergey Sysoev presented to the public a collection of spring-summer 2016. A source of inspiration for the designer was a history textbook. In search of parallels in different eras, Sergey Sysoev combined the visual codes of past decades and modern trends.

The designer created a special world of the union of fashion and technology, referring to the question of the relationship between man and machines. Exactly one hundred years ago, this theme appeared in art and was reflected in such a style as Vorticism. In his collection, the designer combines copyright prints, optical illusions from broken and blurry lines and complex shapes. In color terms, Sysoev remained faithful to black and white using industrial gray and deep red.

Classic shoes in dark blue and red from the ALBA collection perfectly complemented the concept of the show. The soft texture of Alba suede shoes emphasizes the elegance of the models and is combined with dense fabrics in rich colors.
