“Own brand of women's shoes, which has been produced since 2007 in an amount calculated exclusively for the retail network of the company, has already gained authority among buyers and will become available for wholesale partners from this season,” the company said.
L. Chapurina, the head of the analytical department of ALFAVIT, said that “now we can say that almost every model in the collection will become a“ bestseller ”.
“The assortment was formed taking into account our 15 years of experience in shoe retail, on the basis of a detailed analysis of sales dynamics by years, as a result, the most“ running ”models were identified,” she explained.
“Having passed each model through its own network, in which the turnover of any store is on average 5 times greater than that of any other retail network, we were able to give recommendations to our partners,” emphasized O. Petrovicheva, head of the company's sales department.
As a trial option, the company reserved about 20% of its own brand product for wholesale sales. “We do not exclude the possibility of risks associated with the fact that the reserved quantity may be in short supply or, conversely, not sold,” says A. Sobolev, head of the ALFAVIT wholesale company. According to him, in case of incomplete fulfillment of the set plan of wholesale sales, the company will be able to easily and easily sell any volume of remaining goods through its own stores. It will be more difficult in a situation with a deficit when the option of “pulling out” goods from retail for sale in bulk will not be the most cost-effective. “At the moment, a quarter of the sales of women's shoes of the entire network falls precisely on the share of our own brand,” A. Sobolev explains.
In addition, in conditions of fierce competition, as a bonus for wholesale buyers, at the MOSSHOES exhibition, the shoe company ALFAVIT plans to present the All Inclusive product in the form of a wide selection of services, from software sales to seminars to improve retail trade.
