Fashion model Kate Moss starred in an advertisement for a new collection of Italian shoe designer Salvatore Ferragamo. According to The Daily Mail, the shooting took place at the Russian embassy in Berlin. Photographer Carmen Pedaru also took part in the filming.
The photoshoot captured Salvatore Ferragamo shoes and accessories from the Fall-Winter 2013 collection. Some photos of the shooting are available on The Huffington Post journalist Sarah Karmali's blog. On most of them, Kate Moss reclines in the luxurious interiors of the embassy. In the photo with Carmen Pedaru, she is depicted in a jacket resembling a military tunic and with a bag-tablet over her shoulder. Thus, Moss plays the role of a wealthy lady in the shoot, and Pedaru, along with model Sean Opri, her guards.
Kate Moss first participates in the Salvatore Ferragamo advertising campaign. Previously, one of the highest paid models in the world has appeared in commercials for brands such as Dior, Longchamp, Mango, Rimmel, and Vogue cosmetics. Since 2007, Moss has been launching its own clothing line as part of the Topshop brand.
The building of the Russian Embassy in Berlin, captured in the photographs, was built after the Second World War (instead of the previous one, destroyed) and opened in 1951. Its architecture and interiors are made in the style of the Stalinist Empire, lenta.ru reports.
