Balenciaga has released clogs imitating Dutch wooden clogs

Fashion designers continue bold experiments with clogs. One of the latest extraordinary styles has appeared in the collection of the luxury brand Balenciaga.

The Balenciaga Point Toe model was first presented by the fashion house at the presentation of the Summer 2023 collection "The Mud Show" last year. This is an interpretation of the classic Dutch wooden shoes from the Middle Ages. Although the Balenciaga Point Toe clogs give the impression of being made of wood, the shoes are actually made from TPU and have an additional lacquer finish. For greater comfort, designers have added insole models.

The Balenciaga Point Toe Clogs are priced at $1250 and are available for pre-order now at New York luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman.
