The Russian division of the Reebok sporting goods network, after announcing the suspension of the brand in the Russian Federation, acquired the large Turkish holding FLO, Kommersant writes, citing information from a retail real estate market consultant.
The Reebok retail network in Russia consists of about 100 stores and, experts estimate its value at 1,5 billion rubles, but do not exclude that the transaction price could be significantly lower, since it is now difficult for foreign companies to sell their business in Russia, and the previous owner of the Russian business division of Reebok rated it as unprofitable.
