At New York Fashion Week, British designer Paul Andrew unveiled his new fall'18 shoe collection.
The inspiration for creating the collection was the work of American artist collage representative of the movement of abstract expressionism Robert Motherwell, which the designer came across when visiting the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMa).
Bold strokes of bright red, white, black are characteristic of this artist's painting. We can observe such a palette of colors in the Paul Andrew shoe collection.
Among the presented models, it is worth noting ankle boots in patent leather, heel mules decorated with a spectacular wide bow, many models were also decorated with stones. Men's shoes were wrapped around hand-painted python belts.
Two weeks later, the designer, who took the post of creative director of the Ferragamo women's line last fall, should also present his first collection of this Italian brand.
