"Crystal" is preparing for the opening
The largest Kristall shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen has signed lease agreements with key international and federal retailers. In the mall there will be stores of brands Reserved, House, Mohito and Cropp Town, Detsky Mir, Mango, Sportmaster, O'stin.
SEC "Kristall" is the largest shopping center in Tyumen. The total area of the project is 100 sq.m., of which 000 sq.m. leased. Among the anchor tenants there are hypermarket “Auchan”, Leroy Merlin, MVideo. The shopping center will open more than 75 stores of international and federal brands, including 000 Inditex Group stores, which will be presented for the first time in this region: Zara, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Zara Home and Massimo Dutti.
The project developer is Stroyproekt LLC. Cushman & Wakefield is an exclusive consultant. At the moment, 97% of the area has been commissioned. The project is scheduled to open in November 2013.
