On April 5, the FASHION HOUSE Group company held a ceremony to begin the construction of the FASHION HOUSE MOSCOW outlet center, timed to receive a positive state examination report on this project (building permit).
The FASHION HOUSE Group rents out the center in cooperation with CB STORE in association with CB Richard Ellis, which exclusively represents the interests of the company in Russia. Currently 65% of 16 000 sq. m of the first phase.
Among the tenants are such brands as: MEXX, Miss 60, Murphy & NYE, PUMA, CK Jeans, FABI, Baldinini, Carlo Pazolini, Pinko, Henderson, Levis.
Brandon O'Reilly, CEO of FASHION HOUSE Group, explains: “For all of our centers, we strive to provide the right mix of tenants. The choice of the ratio of local, European and international brands, haute couture brands, mass market and sportswear depends on the economic characteristics of a particular place. We have already seen the high level of interest of both local retailers and distributors of international brands, as well as international and European brands directly. ”
The total area of FASHION HOUSE Moscow will be 38 580 sq. m, sales - 28 765 sq. m. The outlet center will host 192 shops, restaurants, cafes and a children's play area. Parking center is designed for 1865 cars.
The project, which will cost 97 million Euros, will be financed by Liebrecht & Wood Investment Fund.
FASHION HOUSE Moscow Outlet Center is the first FASHION HOUSE Group project in Russia. FASHION HOUSE Group is a leading developer of outlet centers in Central and Eastern Europe.
