The construction of the outlet center FASHION HOUSE MOSCOW

On April 5, the FASHION HOUSE Group company held a ceremony to begin the construction of the FASHION HOUSE MOSCOW outlet center, timed to receive a positive state examination report on this project (building permit).

The FASHION HOUSE Group rents out the center in cooperation with CB STORE in association with CB Richard Ellis, which exclusively represents the interests of the company in Russia. Currently 65% of 16 000 sq. m of the first phase.

 Among the tenants are brands such as: MEXX, Miss 60, Murphy & NYE, PUMA, CK Jeans, FABI, Baldinini, Carlo Pazolini, Pinko, Henderson, Levis.  

Brandon O'Reilly, CEO of FASHION HOUSE Group, explains: “We strive to provide the right tenant mix for all of our centers. The ratio of local, European and international brands, high fashion, mass market and sportswear brands depends on the economic characteristics of the particular location. We have already seen a high level of interest from both local retailers and distributors of international brands, as well as international and European brands directly. "

The total area of ​​FASHION HOUSE Moscow will be 38 sq. m, retail - 580 sq. m. The outlet center will house 28 shops, restaurants, cafes and a children's play area. The parking lot of the center is designed for 765 cars. 

The project, which is worth € 97 million, will be financed by Liebrecht & Wood Investment Fund.

The FASHION HOUSE Moscow Outlet Center is the first project of the FASHION HOUSE Group in Russia. FASHION HOUSE Group is the leading outlet center developer in Central and Eastern Europe. The FASHION HOUSE portfolio of projects includes the management of three outlet centers in Poland, as well as centers in Denmark, Switzerland and Romania. The company is currently developing projects in Romania, Slovenia and Ukraine, as well as a second Russian project in St. Petersburg.

FASHION HOUSE Moscow will be located 12 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Leningradskoye Highway, near the Sheremetyevo airport. FASHION HOUSE Moscow will be an indoor outlet center, which is the most important factor in the comfort of visitors in the Russian climate. The concept of "Window to Europe" will be implemented in the interior interiors - the galleries will remind visitors of the streets of different European cities - London, Paris, Milan, etc. Neil Thompson, Commercial Director of FASHION HOUSE Group adds: “Russia is a new and exciting market that is ready for FASHION HOUSE outlet centers.
