Chris Hardisty, director of the Global E-Commerce division of shoe manufacturer Timberland, one of the first partners of the new Google service, commenting on his prospects, said that after the company adapted its website for mobile devices, sales via the mobile version of the site exceeded sales by 20 times through its traditional version.
