Obuv Rossii will launch a line of tactical shoes

The design center of the Obuv Rossii group of companies has developed a new line of tactical shoes; it includes more than 20 models. Prototypes have already been made, the new line will go into mass production in November 2016 of the year. The first batch of 10 thousand pairs will be manufactured by the end of the 2016 year. In 2017, the output of such products, including military shoes, will be 150-200 thousand pairs.

Tactical footwear is designed for use in difficult weather conditions and is aimed at outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, military athletes. “Obuv Rossii” has the opportunity to enter the market for such shoes thanks to the acquisition of the S-TEP factory, which specializes in the production of casual shoes, half-sports and has all the necessary technologies and competencies. “For the manufacture of tactical shoes that must withstand overload, modern equipment and technologies are required. The Berdsk factory, which became part of the Obuv Rossii Group of Companies in November 2015 of the year, is equipped with machines from leading world manufacturers - Desma, Orisol and others - and is almost completely automated, which makes it possible to produce a complex assortment, ”commented the general director of the production company “Shoes of Russia” Sergey Jung.

The upper part of the shoe from the new collection “Russian Shoes” is made using cordura material - this is a special fabric that is used in the manufacture of military shoes, has water-repellent properties, and is resistant to abrasion. The sole is fastened by direct casting to the workpiece when “adhesion” occurs at the molecular level, so the risk of tearing the sole is reduced to zero. In the manufacture of soles, STOP ICE technology is used - a special tread pattern that provides high anti-slip properties. In the winter models “Obuv Rossii” uses membrane materials and modern synthetic insulation Tinsulate.

The line of tactical shoes is another step by the company in developing new markets for itself. In May of the 2016 of the year, Obuv Rossii launched a line for the production of special and military shoes together with Largos. By the end of the year, the first batch of 50 thousand pairs will be released. Today, “Obuv Rossii” produces shoes with all the main types of mounting soles, so the company's ability to expand the range is practically unlimited.
