The classic desert boots by Clarks has taken on a new look. Shoe designer Ronnie Fig, known for collaborations with Adidas, Sebago, Red Wing, created a limited edition shoe set in a new light blue color for the company. The shootings for the lookbook were attended by renowned music journalist and producer Theofilius London and the founder of the pop-cultural site Cultureshoq.com Greg Weinstein.
This is not the first Clarks collaboration, the company has previously collaborated with the Japanese brand Loopwheeler, known for its sweaters and yarn products, as well as the Conctpts store.
The English brand Clarks was created in 1825 by the brothers James and Cyrus Clark and was originally engaged in leather dressing. A little later, they adjusted the release of shoes, but the desert boots model appeared only in the 1950 year. These shoes were immediately chosen by representatives of the youth subculture of mods, who fell in love with them for ease and convenience.
A new design proposal is already on sale - the new model will be available on Davidz.com for $ 92. Unfortunately, orders only ship within the United States.
