Boris Titov, plenipotentiary under the President of Russia for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, proposed an additional set of measures, Prime reports.
Among the proposed measures are the extension of subsidies for the payment of wages in the amount of the minimum wage for June, July and subsequent months of 2020 for SMEs, whose activities were suspended during this period by the decision of regional authorities.
In addition, the Ombudsman considers it necessary to extend the program of preferential loans for the resumption of activities until the end of 2020 and to soften its conditions, namely, to completely write off loan arrears while maintaining at least 80% of the state as of June 1, 2020, and 50% write-off while maintaining 70% of the state.
Also, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs proposed to write off the arrears on all taxes and insurance premiums, as well as arrears on fines and fines accrued on this arrears, which formed as of November 1, 2020.
Among the subjects, the arrears of which will be written off, it was proposed to include individual entrepreneurs and organizations that are in the register of SMEs, as well as enterprises with an annual turnover of up to 2 billion rubles in 2019, belonging to the affected industries or having lost more than 2020% compared to the same period in 30.
