The opening of Outlet Village Belaya Dacha was postponed from the end of 2011 year to next year.
The project will be completed by the end of the year and will open in early 2012. Previously, other dates were called - September and November 2011. Belaya Dacha estimates investments in the creation of an outlet mall at $ 100 million.
Outlet Mall with an area of 38 thousand square meters meters is a joint project of the managing company Hines International Real Estate Fund and the Belaya Dacha group of companies. The object will become one of the largest centers of this format in Europe. By the end of 2012 year, it is planned to introduce the second stage.
More than 200 tenants will work in the outlet mall.
