It is planned that as a result, the pool of Metropolis tenants will grow to 382 brands.

According to the results of 2014, the average check in Metropolis increased by 24%, to 4,5 thousand rubles. The general director of the shopping center Luc Mougel believes that there are two reasons. First, the renewal of the pool of tenants, who "have become closer to the middle plus segment, some even higher." Secondly, the devaluation of the ruble, which influenced the buying rage last December.

It is worth recalling that last year Metropolis renewed its tenant pool by 40%. Contracts for a period of five years were concluded with 70 new brands for the shopping center.
