The Moscow Arbitration Court has postponed consideration of the case on declaring bankrupt TsentrObuv Trade House JSC until December 13, according to the website of the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).
The meeting was postponed, because in August the court ordered the interim manager of the trading house, Andrei Popov, to postpone the holding of the first meeting of creditors of the debtor to the date after consideration of the claims of the creditors.
The monitoring procedure in relation to the Center Trading Center Trading House JSC was introduced on March 29, 2016. The applicant in the bankruptcy case was Sandorini LLC, which filed a claim for debt in the amount of 4,1 million rubles to TsentrObuv.
TsentrObuv is a Russian footwear retail company founded in 1992. She manages the retail chains CenterObuv and Centro. In May 2016, the Moscow police, at the request of Gazprombank, filed a lawsuit against the management of Centrobuvi under article 159.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (credit fraud). The Bank asked to verify the legality of several transactions with credit funds provided in 2013-2014.
