Reiss considers options for selling shares to outside investors

Permira Private Investment Fund, owner Dr. Martens, claims to buy a share of the British retailer of Reiss clothes, shoes and accessories. So far, Reiss has not been funded by external investors, but in July last year it became known that the retailer contacted Morgan Stanley Investment Bank to consider options for selling the stake to accelerate international growth. The deal may amount to $ 466,3 million. Today Reiss is a retailer with more than 130 stores worldwide. In Russia, Reiss stores are represented in the Tsvetnoy department store in Moscow and in the Gallery shopping center in St. Petersburg.
