Rendez-Vous, a network of multi-brand shoe stores of the medium plus and premium segments, is negotiating the purchase of a land plot in the north of Moscow measuring 4,5 ha for the construction of a distribution center, RBC reports, citing information from three real estate consulting companies.
According to the source, the process of processing the transaction is in the final stage, but so far it has not been closed. The broker of the transaction is the consulting companies JLL and CBRE. According to RBC, the press services of these companies declined to comment on this information, nor did they comment on this issue in the press service of the Rendez-Vous network.
According to the extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the land plot, the purchase of which is agreed by the retailer, is in long-term lease until 2062 from PJSC Mospromstroy, which is part of the Safmar group. It houses buildings of 14,5 thousand square meters. m. The experts estimate the cost of this land at 300 – 500 million rubles.
Rendez-Vous stores work with 2000 of the year in the price segment “medium plus” and “premium”. Now the network includes 70 stores in 27 cities of Russia.
