On June 1, a new decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On the organization of statistics on mutual trade between the Russian Federation and member states of the Customs Union within the framework of the EurAsEC” came into force.
Now, all participants in foreign economic activity during the implementation of trade within the framework of the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus will have to fill out a new statistical form for recording the movement of goods for import and export. It is noteworthy that information must be submitted electronically using an electronic digital signature or via the Internet on a special portal of the FCS of Russia. In addition, this statistical form, printed on paper, is a compulsory accompanying document for the transport of goods of the Customs Union, including children's shoes in bulk, all along their route throughout Russia.
The geography of Mila's customers - wholesale shoes is wide, in particular, there are customers from Kazakhstan. “We adapted our 1С program for them, where now, opposite each product range, there is a special HS code and other data that is necessary when filling out the new statistical form,” commented Maryam Anvarova, chief accountant of Mila - Wholesale Shoes.
