France does not abandon the idea of promoting the Made In France brand on the global footwear market. Soulier Francais, founded by Priscilla Demanche and Xavier Porot, is a Made in France footwear factory that has taken on the mission of promoting French shoe craftsmanship abroad. The company offers a variety of services to brands to assist in the creation and promotion of footwear, from technical advice to product development, supply chain management and manufacturing.
Following the creation of the footwear brands Ellips and Bichette, the opening of the boutique in 2014 and the acquisition of the factory of the fashion house Charles Jourdan & Stéphane Kélian, Soulier Français announced that it had attracted 500 euros in investments from 000 business angels and the Sibessor 12 fund.
These funds will increase the French company's own production capacities and satisfy the growing demand for its services from brands. In addition, the company plans to open its own concept store, whose task will be to promote French shoe craftsmanship. The founders of the company set out to create a real creative laboratory that will identify talents and implement them to strengthen the Soulier Francais brand.
