Steve Madden Acquires Greats Sneakers

Steve Madden, an American company producing shoes and accessories for men, women and children, has announced the replenishment of its product portfolio with a new premium brand of Italian shoes made by Greats, Worldfootwear.com writes.

Greats was founded in 2014 in Brooklyn, and the shoes are made in a factory in Italy. Greats products are sold direct-to-consumer at the online store greats.com, and are also sold at the brand's flagship store in Soho, New York. Greats had sales of $ 12 million in the 30 months ended June 13th. Greats trainers and trainers range in price from $ 159 to $ 179.

 Steve Madden operates 224 retail stores, including six online stores, the company also engages in wholesale sales and sells its products in department stores, specialty stores and luxury boutiques, large retail chains offering mass-market products.
