VTsIOM sociologists in February conducted an interesting study, during which they found out the attitude of Russians to the current economic situation. A total of 1600 people from 132 settlements were surveyed.
As it turned out, 52% of respondents are satisfied with their lives. Moreover, in January of this year this figure was 50%, and in December - 44%.
The survey also revealed that the financial situation of Russians over the past month has become less satisfied with them than before. Only 14% of respondents rated their budget as "good" versus 16% in January. The average financial situation was reported by 68% last month, and in December - by 69%.
According to the study, 29% of Russians hope that they will live better next year, but there were fewer pessimistic citizens - 18%. The majority of respondents who did not expect changes among the respondents was 42%.
