The Outlet Moscow Outlet Center in New Riga, where fashion brands of the luxury and premium segments will be presented, opens its doors to visitors on June 18.
The outlet is located in the prestigious area of New Riga, 5 km from the Moscow Ring Road and 25 km from the city center. The Outlet Moscow will operate only about 90 shops and boutiques. It will feature such fashion brands as Brunello Cucinelli, Philipp Plein, Coach, Michael Kors, Prada, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, Kiton, Brioni, Loro Piana and others.
In addition to boutiques and shops on the territory of The Outlet Moscow, the area of which is 25 sq. meters, restaurants and cafes will work, green areas for walking and recreation will be provided.
The outlet center project was developed by the architectural bureau TTMG International. Developer is an international company Hines, operating in the investment, development and commercial real estate management market.
