Tsvetnoy department store will be sold

The development company RGI International, which owns the Tsvetnoy department store on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in the center of Moscow, announced the sale of the retail facility. Now lawyers are discussing the final version of the contract.

It is not known who will become the new owner of the department store, but RGI International CEO Andrei Nesterenko said that the company received a good offer. He also said that a great interest was shown in the purchase of Tsvetnoy. The company management believes that if the transaction fails now, the department store can be sold in the future for a great price.

TC Tsvetnoy occupies eight floors with a total area of ​​36.5 thousand square meters. The department store has shops, a grocery grocery store, cafes, bars and a rooftop restaurant.
