The commercial concept of the shopping and entertainment center was adapted taking into account changes in the city's retail real estate market, in particular, the area of the center was increased and new formats appeared among tenants. Already in the new concept, the Evropeyskiy SEC was presented at the international exhibition MAPIC 2014, where it received a positive response from the retail community.
Now, thanks to the new owner of the Atrium Development project, the project is in an active stage of implementation. Construction work at an advanced stage.
The total area of the renovated shopping and entertainment center “Evropeisky” will be 100 sq. M, the leasable area - 000 sq. M.
The shopping gallery will include more than 160 stores. The project provides for 4 trading level.
The consultant and exclusive broker of the project is the Magazin Magazinov company.
