In the shopping center decreased attendance

The Shopping Index, based on data received for March, reports a slight decrease in the attendance of shopping centers in Moscow.

The decline is not critical and should be perceived as a temporary fluctuation - the same can be said about the overall annual decrease in traffic in Moscow shopping centers by 3%.

The number of visitors may decrease in small shopping centers that do not provide a large selection of entertainment and services and with a poorly selected tenant pool. Customers are becoming more critical and prefer to shop at large shopping centers today.

The total attendance in March always remains stable and predictable, which is associated with the holiday of March 8 and the onset of spring. In addition, companies are conducting increasingly active marketing campaigns at this time. Only inappropriate weather conditions could have a slight negative impact this year.
