The first season of the international exhibition of shoes Momad Shoes took place on March 3-6 in Madrid. More than 120 new brands from more than 440 brands appeared among the participants. The debutants of Momad Shoes were T-Man, Pantofola D'Oro, Lemon Jelly, Tatuaggi, Wrangler Footwear. Current collections of the season “Spring-Summer 2016 / 17” and “Autumn-Winter 2017 / 18” were shown by manufacturers from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Argentina, Colombia and Korea. The exhibition featured women's, men's, children's, sports, environmentally friendly and designer shoes, bags and leather goods, accessories for the store, software for retail management. Price segment - medium and medium-high. The minimum order is from 9 to 60 pairs. The average price ranges from 20 to 50 euros for a pair of genuine leather shoes, from 15 to 20 euros for a pair of synthetic leather shoes. Of the brands represented at the exhibition, Pretty Ballerinas, El Naturalista, Flexx, Lodi, Martinelli, Pura Lopez, Hispanitas, Wonders, XTI, Chie Mihara are already on sale. The business brands that have survived in Russia are striving to support Russian distributors in every possible way. For example, Pretty Ballerinas for regular customers reduced the amount of prepayment from 30 to 15-20%. Base models from the previous collection were available for purchase at last year's prices. The company offered an anti-crisis package - a capsule of 5 pairs of base models, which can be ordered only with packaging of 6-8 pairs, the price of the pair is calculated at the rate of 58 rubles per euro. To make the shoes better fit the needs of Russian customers, designers in the new season offered ballet flats with an expanded toe.
