The volume of investments in the construction of 4 shopping centers will be about 23 billion rubles. One of the projects involves the construction of a multifunctional shopping complex with an area of ​​almost 54 thousand square meters in the southeast of Moscow. meters. A new shopping and entertainment center with an area of ​​49 thousand square meters will also be built near the Nekrasovka metro station. meters. The investor must complete the creation of the facility in March 2024. 16 thousand jobs will be created.

Two other shopping centers will appear in the south and west of Moscow. The first is on Elevatonraya Street, its area will exceed 8 thousand square meters. meters. The project will be commissioned in March 2025. 430 new jobs will be created. The second shopping center, with an area of ​​7 thousand square meters. meters will appear on the Ochakovsky highway. The project is designed for 250 jobs.
