According to Le Chuong Sean, chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation, many well-known Western clothing and footwear companies keep their manufacturing facilities in Vietnam, but there are more and more Vietnamese enterprises actively investing in advanced technologies and creating their own brands that successfully compete with Western brands at the expense of much lower cost with equally high quality.
