The first Detsky Mir chain stores opened in Pervouralsk and Michurinsk

Two new retail outlets have appeared in the Detsky Mir chain of children's goods stores. Shops opened in the cities of Pervouralsk, Tambov Region and Michurinsk, Sverdlovsk Region.

The first chain store in Michurinsk opened its doors to the Magnit shopping center (Promyshlennaya St., 2). The sales area of ​​the supermarket is 1000 square meters. m. The debut retail store in Pervouralsk opened in the shopping center Megapolis (13a Illa ave., bldg. 1). Its sales area is 1060 square meters. m

“Detsky Mir Group of Companies continues to implement a retail expansion program. Since the beginning of the year, 6 new Detsky Mir supermarkets have been opened; by the end of 2017, the company will open more than 70 new stores in dozens of Russian regions and continue expanding its network in Kazakhstan, ”comments Nadezhda Head of the Department of External and Internal Communications Kiseleva.

As of December 31, 2016, the Detsky Mir chain of stores is represented by 480 stores in Russia and Kazakhstan, located in 171 cities of Russia and 7 cities of Kazakhstan, the ELC chain is represented by 45 stores in Russia. The total sales area of ​​the group's stores is 596 sq. M. In accordance with audited IFRS data, the Group's revenue for 2016 was RUB 79,5 billion, adjusted EBITDA was RUB 8,2 billion, and adjusted profit for the year was RUB 3,8 billion. Shareholders of the company: PJSC AFK Sistema - 52,10%; Russian-Chinese Investment Fund (RCIF) - 14,03%; other shareholders owning less than 5% of shares - 33,87%.
