“Detsky Mir Group of Companies continues to implement a retail expansion program. The total sales area of ​​the group's stores is 596 sq. M. In accordance with audited IFRS data, the Group's revenue for 2016 was RUB 79,5 billion, adjusted EBITDA was RUB 8,2 billion, and adjusted profit for the year was RUB 3,8 billion. Shareholders of the company: PJSC AFK Sistema - 52,10%; Russian-Chinese Investment Fund (RCIF) - 14,03%; other shareholders owning less than 5% of shares - 33,87%.
