A large outlet center is being built in the southern part of St. Petersburg, on Tallinskoe highway. The project developer is Fashion House Group. This is the second project of the Fashion House Group outlet center in Russia, the first Fashion House Outlet Center Moscow has been operating in Moscow since 2013.
Investments in the construction of the St. Petersburg outlet, which began in October 2018, are estimated at 52 million euros. The new outlet center will be able to serve over 5 million clients.
